Productivity is a simple formula: output divided by input……. so if you want to increase your productivity as an SME you need to increase that ratio; in simple words you have to do more with less. Now look at the following picture:

I counted at least 10 staff doing absolutely nothing in an empty store. Or the following 3 pictures, the first 2 of the kitchen and counter, the last picture of the restaurant … there are more employees than customers… 

Efficient? Productive? I don’t think so. You tell us what you would do to change this..
