Sandra Lee started in the software business in 2000 and founded her own company (Runnex) a few years later. She left the company and in 2007 founded Globalbiz focusing mostly on MYOB implementations. After a handful of successful years it was time to branch out and broaden the scope of products, services and customers. SME Software Solutions was founded in 2012 and has grown year on year into the company it is now.

Globalbiz was bought by SME Software Solutions in 2016.

SME Assist was founded in 2014 with a primary focus on setting up a support centre for AutoCount users, in 2015 that was extended to MYOB support. SME Assist now services over 100 customers and has been integrated into SME Software Solutions.

Sandra Lee – Sales Director
Sandra has 17 years of experience working with SMEs, and deployed solutions for over 3000 companies. Her ability to provide solutions for different industries has proven a true benefit for many companies.
Her role in SME Software Solutions involves providing consultancy and finding “the right product” for our customers.
Rolf van der Pol – Director
Rolf has over 25 years of international experience in managing teams and companies. He has a rich diversity of experience in strategy, technology, risk management and operational processes. He has worked in a wide variety of different cultures and with people of all different backgrounds.
In SME Software Solutions he is responsible for strategy, structure, human resources and expansion.
Jeannie Ong – Support Lead
Jeannie is a results orientated individual who thinks outside of the box and who is more than willing to take the initiative. She comes to you with a solid understanding of business processes, a wealth of relevant work experience and a strong desire to succeed in anything that she does.
As is evident from her 12 years of experience, her academic and professional credentials closely match the list of prerequisites needed to provide timely and efficient support to customers.
Brandon Fam Wenming – Consultant
Coming from RMIT, Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and understands the framework of businesses. He has gathered experience working and studying in several industries.
His role in SME Software Solutions is training and implementation of accounting software.
Alan Ngo – Lead Generation
Alan, has a positive and cheerful attitude, with commendable customer service skills. With 4 years of experience in telemarketing, Alan has proven track record in leads generation.
